Join Tracey Gardiner, Occupational Violence Prevention Trainer from Health Industry Employment Services, in an hour long webinar about Preventing Occupational Violence from patients. Tracey has been a registered nurse for almost 30 years, has a graduate diploma and Masters degree in mental health. Using her experience working at Queensland Health as an aggressive behaviour management instructor will provide practical tips and advice on preventing occupational violence from patients.

    • What is considered self-defence to an unprovoked assault (criminal code)
