About the Role

Day to day you will be working with our Head of Sales & Marketing as well as the rest of the Cubiko team to promote and sell Cubiko, our cloud-based, SAAS, healthcare analytics tool.

The role involves providing online demonstrations of the software to General Practice owners, managers and operators as well as sales follow-ups, negotiations, lead generation activities. This role has a heavy emphasis on providing our prospects and customers with a high level of understanding, empathy and a commitment to great customer experience.

In addition to daily sales activities you will also have the opportunity to attend healthcare conferences and events all across Australia as well as plenty of opportunities for professional development and learning.

As a minimum, you will have a skill set consisting of:

  • Confidence in communicating with customers and team members
  • Some previous sales experience
  • Have used a CRM or relevant process/software previously
  • Can work well in a team

Great to have, but not required:

  • Sales experience within the Software Industry
  • Incredible understanding of the medical practice or broader healthcare industry
  • Practice Management experience in general practice or specialist industry
  • Comfortable presenting a 30 – 60 minute demonstration to prospective customers

Cubiko displays data in easy-to-understand dashboards, providing General Practice with a visual representation of their practice data alongside selected metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Combined sets of data reported over time and against budgets helps them understand whether the key parts of their business are performing as they need to be
