Cubiko is excited to share that Madi De Jonge and Rob Dickson from our Customer Success team will be in Coffs Harbour on Friday 24 June 2022.
You’re invited to join us and your fellow practice managers for a day of in-person training and learning, followed by drinks, nibbles and networking!

Cubiko for Receptionists Training
Madi from our Customer Success team will provide you with insight on how Receptionist can use Cubiko in your practice every day.
In this session Rob will cover:
- How to incorporate Cubiko metrics into your daily workflow.
- How you can use Cubiko to find lists of patients with appointments that are yet to be confirmed for the current day, and how to sort these lists to identify those patients with the highest DNA rate.
- How to easily identify patients to contact that need to book in for an appointment to receive their results.
- How to see a list of future patient appointments that need to be rescheduled due to the Practitioner being away or the practice closed.
This session is ideal for Practice managers, Senior Receptionists & Receptionists

Cubiko for Nurses Training
Madi from our Customer Success team will provide you with insight on how nurses can use Cubiko in your practice every day.
In this session Madi will cover:
- How to incorporate Cubiko metrics into your daily workflow.
- How to find potential service opportunities in Cubiko and how to download a list of these patients who may be eligible for different service item numbers to book for appointments.
- How to use Cubiko to increase the number of Health Assessments in your practice by recalling and booking appointments for potentially eligible patients.
- How to use Cubiko’s Vaccination support cabinets for both Covid-19 and Flu vaccine to assist in booking and tracking your vaccination clinics and stock control.
This session is ideal for Nursing staff, Practice Managers, and Practice Owners

Cubiko for Practice Managers
Madi from our Customer Success team will provide you with insight on how Practice Managers can use Cubiko in your practice every day.
In this session Madi will cover:
- How to incorporate Cubiko metrics into your daily workflow.
- Insights into how you can use Cubiko for improved business reporting.
- How to use Cubiko to easily find billing opportunities.
- How to use Cubiko’s Today’s clinic metrics cabinet to gain better insight into what is happening in your practice and the next few days.
This session is ideal for Practice Managers, Practice Owners and Senior Receptionists

Rob Dickson will provide a broad overview of Cubiko and how you can use Cubiko in your practice to streamline reporting and gain a better understanding of what is happening in your practice.
In this session Rob will cover:
- Setting targets & goals
- Key measures for performance for your practice
- How to increase CMD billings
This session is ideal for Non-Cubiko Practice Managers and Practice Owners
