Will Cubikon be recorded?

Yes. All Cubikon sessions will be recorded and added to the Cubikon Recording Library on the Cubiko Learning Hub, along with any additional resources from the event.

All registered attendees will receive access to the recording library via email once it’s available.

I missed the registration cut-off. Can I still access the recordings?

Absolutely. As Cubikon is a paid event, access to the Cubikon Recording Library will be available for purchase through the Cubiko Learning Hub after the event.

Once purchased, you’ll be able to watch all recorded sessions and access any additional event resources in your own time.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance and AAPM CPD points?

Yes. Attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance, which will be available through the Cubikon Recording Library after the event.

Cubikon 2026 has also been approved for 20 AAPM CPD points. The CPD certificate will be available in the recording library following the event.

What if I can no longer attend live?

No problem. All Cubikon sessions will be recorded, so if you’re registered but can’t join us live, you won’t miss out.

You’ll receive access to the Cubikon Recording Library in the days following the event, where you can catch up on the sessions in your own time.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’re no longer able to attend Cubikon, please get in touch with the Cubiko team to discuss your registration.

Is Cubikon 2026 an in-person or virtual event?

Cubikon 2026 is a fully virtual event, so you can join us from wherever you are. All sessions will be delivered live online on Friday, 9 October 2026.

However, the Cubiko team will be hitting the road shortly after Cubikon, with in-person Vega launch and community events in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle. More details are available here.
