From 1 November 2025, the new bulk billing incentives will take effect, bringing significant changes for practices already bulk billing. Alongside expanded eligibility, the introduction of the Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Program presents new opportunities as well as additional requirements to remain compliant. For practices choosing to continue bulk billing, it is essential to understand the adjustments needed and how to monitor the financial impact on your practice.

Should I make the switch from Mixed Billing to Bulk Billing?
This will vary for each practice. We recommend reviewing your practice data to determine if switching to Bulk Billing is financially feasible.
