It’s only a few more days until the new GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) items come into effect on 1 July and we’ve certainly left the best until last. We have several enormous upgrades coming to Cubiko on Monday, and they are some of our most requested features of all time!
Run QuickCheck + CarePrompts from the service opportunities report
One page, one simple workflow for your team! You can now identify patients with potential service opportunities, verify CCM items & MHTPs with Medicare, and send those opportunities directly to Best Practice via Care Prompts, all from one location.
This has been a highly requested enhancement ensures you no longer need to visit multiple pages as part of your daily workflow!

Shared team actions in Cubiko
You’ve been asking for a quick and easy way for your whole team to see which service opportunities have been actioned, which require follow-up and which ones won’t be performed. We’re pleased to announce “Actions” will be added to all tables within Cubiko Insights. These action labels allow you and your team to apply a status to each record in a table, which will assist with those of you actioning MyMedicare registrations!
Scroll to the far right of any table to view the new column, we recommend dragging the columns to re-order them if actions will become part of your daily routine. Once set up, they will remain where you left them, even the next time you log in!
QuickCheck updated to support CCM items
Following testing, we’re pleased to confirm that QuickCheck will support verification of the new CCM items. As part of this transition, there may be a short period of downtime for QuickCheck services while we wait for the new MBS items to become available. At this stage, we anticipate this will be 1st July. We’ll notify you as soon as QuickCheck is updated with the new items. Find out more about QuickCheck here.
New cabinets and reports within Item Optimisation
In additon to our updates to QuickCheck, we will also have support for the new CCM items within Cubiko’s Item Optimisation. To assist with the transition process, we’ve added four new reports. Patients eligible to move from an existing 721 to 965, brand new CCMP (965), Review CCMP (967), and potential new CCM patients (965, previously never billed a CDM item)
